| They've already been thrilling the joyriders of Kerrang! and Rock Sound. Now Exeter rocksters THE COMPUTERS are shaking some panda action. The gist: they number four and make a hectic hardcore pop racket that nods its greasy collective quiff at Elvis Costello and Rocket From The Crypt while musing over Drive Like Jehu cover versions and going on tour with Rival Schools. The plan: skateboard disasters notwithstanding THE COMPUTERS will be heading to a top secret studio complex in Plymouth during the summer to nail down a seven-track mini-album with Hundred Reasons? axe dude Larry Hibbitt and that mini-album will be seeing the blight of day on the panda before the Christmas bells chime. www.myspace.com/thecomputersfromexeter is the place with the face. |
