?ìA contender for album of the year. Simply brilliant.¬ù ‚ Kerrang! (5/5)

?ìThey deal in grizzly complexity: thrilling original sludge-prog riffs explode into a bedlam of angular and inspired chaos.¬ù ‚ Q (4/5)

?ìIf its riff-plosions you want, these fellas will deal the good.¬ù ‚ Artrocker (5/5 ‚ Album of The Month)

?ìPossibly Britain's Most Exciting New Band¬ù ‚ Classic Rock (9/10)

Hawk Eyes will release their latest single Witch Hunt via fierce panda records on 3rd December, 2012. The band say: "We've had a brilliant year and brilliant support from our fans. This is our favourite song to play live and it was loads of fun to make the video. We were really blown away by what Robin Fuller did with the Headstrung video, so we were really keen to shoot with him again." Watch the frenetic Witch Hunt video HERE

Hawk Eyes consist of Paul Astick (vocals / guitar), Rob Stephens (guitar), Ryan Clark (bass) and Steve Wilson (drums). They released new album Ideas through earlier this year to critical acclaim. Plaudits poured in with many critics giving the record perfect scores. The band were even nominated for Best British Newcomer at the Kerrang! Awards following the albums release.

2012 has been a whirlwind year for Hawk Eyes, with touring across the globe (including their first ever trip to Japan) and live dates at prestigious festivals including Hard Rock Calling with Soundgarden, Download Festival and a headline slot on the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading and Leeds. This was followed up by their track Headstrung being added to the BBC Radio 1 Playlist as part of the Introducing scheme, which meant that it was played on a whole host of daytime, drive time and evening slots following solid support from the stations Rock Show and its presenter Daniel P Carter.
Hawk Eyes put the seal on their ace year by hitting the road with Irish rocksters Therapy?, visiting these fine cities here and here and here¦
