The Author
The Author, the first noise to ever have originated from the English Channel, have to date released 2 single's in their short time together. Their third single "Household Appliance" (a smart combination of interlocking spikey guitars, off beat beat drums and edgy synths with a vintage edge) is set to be released April 2009 on their own label. With a range of influences from classic 80's pop to modern indie dance, these boys are set to make a din in 2009, having already earned the title "Demo of the year" in their conseptual satges from Radio 1's guru of new music, Steve Lamacq. Their next UK tour takes place over April to coinside with their third release, so catch them at a venue near you!
